Olevus Coin Purchase Terms
Version: 1.1
Effective Date: July 28, 2026
Last Updated: July 28, 2026
These Olevus Coin Purchase Terms ("Coin Terms") govern the purchase, receipt, use, gifting, refund, reversal, and administration of virtual coins made available through Olevus.
Olevus is operated by Aurion Consulting LLC, doing business as Olevus ("Olevus," "we," "us," or "our").
These Coin Terms supplement the:
Olevus Terms of Service;
Olevus Privacy Policy;
Olevus Community Guidelines;
Olevus Monetization, Seller, and Payout Terms;
Schedule A - Olevus Support Economy: Coin Gifting and Direct Member Support; and
Any applicable Apple, Google, Stripe, payment-processor, or app-store terms.
By purchasing, receiving, using, or gifting coins, you agree to these Coin Terms.
If these Coin Terms conflict with the Olevus Terms of Service on a matter specifically concerning coins, these Coin Terms control for that matter. The dispute-resolution provisions in the Olevus Terms of Service apply to these Coin Terms.
1. What Olevus Coins Are
Olevus coins are closed-loop virtual platform credits that may be used only for features and transactions authorized by Olevus.
Coins are not:
United States currency or any other legal tender;
Cryptocurrency;
A security;
A bank account or bank deposit;
Stored funds held for withdrawal;
A loan to Olevus;
A debt instrument;
Equity or ownership in Olevus or Aurion Consulting LLC;
A transferable financial asset;
A promise of investment return; or
A claim against Olevus for cash.
Coins have no cash-redemption value to the purchaser, except where a refund or cash remedy is expressly required by applicable law.
Purchasing coins does not establish a fiduciary, banking, investment, partnership, employment, or agency relationship with Olevus.
2. Types of Coins
2.1 Purchased Coins
"Purchased Coins" are coins issued in exchange for payment through an authorized Olevus checkout, mobile app store, payment processor, promotional bundle, or other approved purchase channel.
Purchased Coins may be eligible to generate creator earnings when gifted, provided that:
The purchase has settled successfully;
The coins retain valid purchased-value ancestry;
The gift qualifies under Schedule A;
The recipient is eligible for creator monetization; and
No refund, reversal, dispute, fraud restriction, or other disqualifying condition applies.
Not every Purchased Coin is necessarily payout eligible in every transaction. Eligibility is determined under Schedule A and Olevus's transaction records.
2.2 Promotional Coins
"Promotional Coins" include coins issued without separate payment, including:
Promotional coins;
Beta coins;
Testing coins;
Administrative coins;
Complimentary coins;
Referral rewards;
Restored promotional coins;
Bonus coins expressly designated as nonredeemable; and
Other coins issued without qualifying customer consideration.
Promotional Coins:
Have no cash value;
Cannot be redeemed for cash;
Do not create creator-payout value;
May have usage limitations;
May be subject to expiration where clearly disclosed and legally permitted;
May be removed when issued through error, fraud, abuse, or an expired promotion; and
May not be sold, transferred, or exchanged outside authorized Olevus functionality.
2.3 Mixed Coin Balances
A member's visible coin balance may contain more than one coin class.
A displayed balance does not necessarily indicate:
How many coins were purchased;
How many coins were promotional;
Which coins are payout eligible;
The effective purchase price of each coin; or
The creator earnings that may result from a future gift.
Olevus's internal funding-lot, ancestry, transaction, and settlement records determine each coin's classification and eligibility.
3. Coin Purchases
Coins may be offered through:
Olevus's website;
An Olevus mobile application;
Apple's App Store;
Google Play;
Other authorized app stores;
Promotional campaigns; or
Other approved purchase channels.
The available packages, prices, currencies, taxes, quantities, and purchase methods may differ by:
Platform;
Device;
Country;
Currency;
App-store requirements;
Payment-processing costs;
Promotional offer;
Package size; or
Other commercial factors.
The price displayed at the final checkout controls the purchase.
Olevus does not guarantee that the effective price per coin will be identical across packages, platforms, countries, currencies, or promotional offers.
Different pricing does not necessarily change the Eligible Support Value used to calculate creator earnings under Schedule A.
4. Purchase Authorization
By submitting a coin purchase, you represent and warrant that:
You are authorized to use the selected payment method;
The payment and billing information is accurate;
You have the legal capacity to make the purchase;
The purchase is not being made for fraud, money laundering, artificial earnings, or prohibited activity;
You understand the number of coins and total price shown at checkout;
You authorize Olevus, the applicable app store, and the payment processor to charge the displayed total; and
You agree to the terms presented at checkout.
If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must authorize the purchase where required by law or the Olevus Terms of Service.
You are responsible for purchases made through your account unless the purchase was unauthorized and promptly reported.
5. Purchase Completion
A coin purchase is complete only after:
Payment authorization succeeds;
The payment processor or app store accepts the transaction;
Olevus receives sufficient confirmation of the purchase; and
The coins are successfully credited to the applicable Olevus account.
Olevus may delay coin issuance while a transaction is:
Pending;
Under fraud review;
Awaiting settlement;
Subject to payment verification;
Flagged by a payment processor;
Inconsistent with account information; or
Otherwise reasonably considered high risk.
An authorization hold, pending card charge, or payment receipt does not by itself prove that coins were validly issued.
6. Prices, Taxes, and Currency Conversion
Coin prices are displayed before purchase confirmation.
The total charged may include:
The coin-package price;
Sales, use, value-added, or similar taxes;
App-store charges;
Currency-conversion amounts;
Other amounts required by law or the applicable payment provider.
Taxes may be collected by Olevus, an app store, or another payment provider, depending on the purchase channel and applicable law.
When a purchase is processed in a currency different from the purchaser's account or payment-method currency, a bank, app store, or payment provider may apply its own conversion rate or fee.
Olevus is not responsible for separate charges imposed directly by a bank, card issuer, app store, or payment provider.
7. Mobile App Purchases
7.1 Apple App Store Purchases
Coins purchased inside an iOS or iPadOS application may be processed through Apple's in-app purchase system or another purchase method permitted by applicable App Store rules.
Apple may control:
Purchase authorization;
Billing;
Receipts;
Refund requests;
Family purchase approvals;
Taxes;
Currency conversion; and
Other aspects of the transaction.
Refunds for purchases billed by Apple may need to be requested directly from Apple.
Olevus cannot guarantee that Apple will approve or deny a refund request.
7.2 Google Play Purchases
Coins purchased inside an Android application distributed through Google Play may be processed through Google Play Billing or another method permitted by applicable Google Play rules.
Google may control:
Purchase authorization;
Billing;
Receipts;
Refund processing;
Taxes;
Currency conversion; and
Other transaction functions.
Refunds for purchases billed by Google may need to be requested directly from Google.
Olevus cannot guarantee that Google will approve or deny a refund request.
7.3 Store Pricing
Mobile coin prices may differ from web coin prices because of:
App-store pricing tiers;
Platform service fees;
Regional pricing;
Taxes;
Currency conversion;
Promotional restrictions; or
Other store requirements.
The price shown in the app-store purchase interface is the controlling price for that purchase.
8. Use of Coins
Coins may be used only for Olevus-authorized purposes, which may include:
Supporting eligible content or contributions;
Gifting coins to another member;
Participating in eligible platform features;
Purchasing designated Olevus-provided digital features; or
Other uses introduced by Olevus.
The availability of a coin feature may differ by account, jurisdiction, platform, or rollout phase.
Olevus may establish:
Minimum or maximum gift amounts;
Daily, weekly, or monthly usage limits;
Account-age requirements;
Identity-verification requirements;
Velocity limits;
Transaction-review thresholds;
Recipient restrictions; and
Other reasonable risk controls.
9. Order in Which Coins Are Used
When an account contains more than one class or funding lot, Olevus may determine the order in which coins are consumed.
Unless Olevus expressly states otherwise for a transaction, Olevus may apply non-payout-eligible Promotional Coins before payout-eligible Purchased Coins.
As a result, a gift may:
Use Promotional Coins first;
Generate less creator-payout value than the visible gift quantity might otherwise suggest; or
Generate no creator-payout value when the gift is funded entirely with non-payout-eligible coins.
Olevus may display information indicating whether a gift is expected to generate creator earnings. Such displays are preliminary until Olevus's ledger validates the funding source and eligibility.
Olevus's final funding-lot allocation controls absent demonstrated error.
10. Coin Gifting
A member may gift coins only through authorized Olevus features.
A coin gift:
Transfers the platform use of the gifted coins under Olevus's system;
Does not transfer legal tender or cash;
Does not give the recipient a right to return coins to the purchaser;
Does not guarantee the recipient will receive creator earnings;
Does not purchase equity, reputation, Standing, visibility, influence, or favorable treatment;
Is not a charitable contribution unless Olevus expressly identifies an authorized charitable program; and
Is generally final once processed, subject to refunds, reversals, fraud review, errors, and applicable law.
The recipient cannot exchange gifted coins for cash.
An eligible creator may separately earn creator-payout value under Schedule A when the gift is funded by qualifying Purchased Coins.
11. Coin Purchases and Creator Earnings Are Separate Transactions
A purchaser buys coins from Olevus.
The purchaser does not directly purchase creator compensation from the recipient.
When qualifying Purchased Coins are gifted, Olevus separately calculates the recipient's creator earnings under Schedule A.
The creator's earnings are based on:
The Eligible Support Value established by Olevus;
The applicable creator percentage;
The gift's funding-lot eligibility;
The recipient's monetization status;
Settlement and hold requirements; and
Other Schedule A conditions.
The amount paid by the purchaser for a coin package may differ from the amount used to calculate creator earnings.
12. No Purchase of Reputation or Standing
Purchasing or gifting coins does not directly purchase or increase:
Reputation;
Standing;
Validator influence;
Endorsement weight;
Search position;
Ranking;
Organic reach;
Algorithmic distribution;
Moderation immunity;
Verification status; or
Authority within an Olevus community.
Monetary support may reward a contribution. It does not determine the contribution's reputation value.
Olevus may display gifts, support activity, supporter recognition, or related information without using the amount spent to directly determine Reputation or Standing.
13. Restrictions on Transfer and Resale
You may not:
Sell coins for cash;
Buy coins from an unauthorized third party;
Exchange coins for cryptocurrency, securities, or financial instruments;
Transfer an account to transfer its coin balance;
Use coins as collateral;
Pledge or assign coin balances;
Operate an unauthorized coin exchange;
Convert coins outside Olevus;
Use coins to pay debts outside Olevus; or
Represent coins as redeemable financial value.
Coins may be transferred only through gifting or other functionality expressly authorized by Olevus.
An unauthorized transfer may be voided and may result in suspension or termination.
14. No Expiration of Purchased Coins
Purchased Coins do not expire solely because of the passage of time.
They remain associated with the purchasing account until they are:
Used;
Gifted;
Refunded;
Reversed;
Removed because of fraud, unauthorized payment, chargeback, or error;
Addressed following account closure;
Transferred to a governmental authority where legally required; or
Otherwise handled under applicable law.
Olevus does not pay interest on unused coin balances.
Promotional Coins may have an expiration date or usage period when that condition is clearly disclosed at issuance.
15. Refund Policy
Except where required by law, app-store policy, or these Coin Terms, coin purchases are generally final and nonrefundable after the coins are issued.
Olevus may approve a refund when:
A purchase was unauthorized;
The purchaser was charged more than once for the same order;
Coins were not delivered;
The wrong coin package was delivered;
A material technical error occurred;
Olevus determines that a refund is commercially appropriate; or
Applicable law requires a refund.
Olevus may deny a refund when:
Coins were already used or gifted;
The request results from buyer's remorse;
The purchaser misunderstood a clearly disclosed package quantity or price;
The account violated Olevus policies;
The purchase was made through an app store that controls the refund decision;
The request appears fraudulent or abusive; or
The request is outside an applicable refund period.
Nothing in these Coin Terms limits a nonwaivable consumer right.
16. Refunds After Coins Have Been Used or Gifted
If a coin purchase is refunded, disputed, reversed, or charged back after the coins were used or gifted, Olevus may:
Remove remaining coins from the purchaser's balance;
Reverse affected gifts;
Freeze corresponding creator earnings;
Reduce on-hold or available creator earnings;
Reverse or recover creator payouts where permitted;
Establish a negative purchaser or creator balance;
Offset future coin credits or creator earnings;
Suspend purchasing, gifting, monetization, or payout access;
Request repayment; or
Use another lawful recovery method.
A refund to the original purchaser does not entitle a gift recipient to receive cash or replacement coins.
17. Unauthorized Purchases
You must notify Olevus promptly if you believe that:
Your account was accessed without authorization;
Someone used your payment method without permission;
A purchase was made by mistake through compromised credentials; or
Your device or account security was breached.
Olevus may require:
Identity verification;
Payment-method documentation;
Account-security changes;
Information concerning the disputed transaction; or
Cooperation with the app store, payment processor, card issuer, or law enforcement.
Failure to secure an account or promptly report unauthorized activity may affect available remedies where permitted by law.
18. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Before filing a payment dispute, you should contact Olevus or the applicable app store so the issue can be investigated.
Filing a chargeback does not guarantee a refund.
If a chargeback or dispute is filed, Olevus may:
Freeze the associated coin balance;
Remove disputed coins;
Restrict further purchases or gifting;
Freeze creator earnings connected to the purchase;
Submit transaction records and acceptance evidence;
Suspend the account during review;
Establish a negative balance; and
Recover losses where legally permitted.
Olevus will not penalize a purchaser merely for exercising a lawful dispute right. Restrictions may nevertheless be imposed to prevent continued use of value associated with a disputed payment.
19. Pricing and Quantity Errors
Olevus may correct a material pricing, package, quantity, or technical error.
When an error is identified before coins are used, Olevus may:
Cancel the transaction;
Refund the purchase;
Remove incorrectly issued coins; or
Offer the purchaser the opportunity to accept the corrected transaction.
When coins have already been used, Olevus may make a reasonable corrective adjustment consistent with applicable law.
Olevus will not knowingly use error-correction rights to retroactively change a properly completed purchase merely because the package later becomes less favorable to Olevus.
20. Fraud, Abuse, and Artificial Transactions
You may not use coins to:
Manufacture artificial creator earnings;
Coordinate reciprocal gifting schemes;
Route funds through related accounts;
Launder or conceal funds;
Test stolen payment methods;
Evade payment, tax, payout, or account limits;
Manipulate support, popularity, or engagement metrics;
Create misleading financial activity;
Obtain cash indirectly from nonredeemable coins;
Exploit technical errors;
Abuse refunds or chargebacks; or
Engage in unlawful activity.
Olevus may investigate suspicious activity and may freeze, reverse, cancel, or recover related coins, gifts, earnings, or payouts.
21. Account Suspension or Termination
If an account is suspended, Olevus may temporarily restrict:
Coin purchases;
Coin use;
Gifting;
Receiving gifts;
Creator earnings;
Refund processing; or
Other coin-related functionality.
If an account is terminated for fraud, unauthorized payments, abuse, or material violations, Olevus may cancel coins connected to invalid or prohibited activity.
Valid Purchased Coins will not be forfeited merely as a penalty where such forfeiture would be prohibited by law.
Account closure does not create an automatic right to cash redemption.
Where appropriate, Olevus may provide:
A reasonable period to use valid Purchased Coins;
Restoration following successful appeal;
A refund or other remedy chosen by Olevus;
A legally required consumer remedy; or
Unclaimed-property treatment.
22. Discontinuation of the Coin Program
Olevus may modify, suspend, or discontinue coin purchasing or coin functionality.
If Olevus permanently discontinues Purchased Coins, Olevus will provide reasonable notice where practicable and will determine an appropriate treatment for valid unused Purchased Coins, which may include:
A period for continued use;
Conversion to substantially equivalent Olevus functionality;
Account credit;
Refund where offered or legally required; or
Another lawful remedy.
Olevus will not use program discontinuation to eliminate valid purchased value in violation of applicable law.
23. Dormant and Unclaimed Coin Balances
Unused Purchased Coins do not automatically become Olevus revenue solely because an account becomes inactive.
Olevus may:
Contact users regarding dormant balances;
Require renewed identity or account verification;
Restrict access where fraud or security concerns exist;
Maintain dormant balances in its records; or
Transfer the applicable value to a governmental authority where required by unclaimed-property law.
Unused gift cards and similar balances may become reportable unclaimed property after a legally defined period of inactivity, depending on the applicable jurisdiction.
24. Promotional Offers
Olevus may offer:
Discounted coin packages;
Bonus coins;
Referral coins;
Limited-time promotions;
First-purchase offers;
Community-specific offers;
Platform-specific packages; or
Other incentives.
Promotional terms may establish:
Eligibility;
Start and end dates;
Limits;
Supported jurisdictions;
Promotional Coin classification;
Expiration;
Restrictions on gifting;
Non-payout eligibility; and
Anti-abuse requirements.
Where a promotional offer conflicts with these Coin Terms on a matter specific to that promotion, the disclosed promotional terms control.
Olevus may cancel or reverse promotional benefits obtained through fraud, error, multiple-account abuse, or violation of the offer terms.
25. Changes to Coin Pricing and Terms
Olevus may prospectively change:
Coin-package prices;
Package quantities;
Supported currencies;
Purchase limits;
Available payment methods;
Promotional offers;
Permitted coin uses;
The order in which coin classes are consumed; or
Other coin-program features.
Changes do not alter a properly completed purchase retroactively, except where necessary to:
Correct an error;
Reverse fraud or unauthorized activity;
Process a refund or chargeback;
Comply with law; or
Enforce terms that applied when the transaction occurred.
Changes to the creator share, Eligible Support Value, hold period, payout minimum, or payout fee are governed by Schedule A.
26. Records and Balance Corrections
Olevus maintains records concerning:
Coin purchases;
Coin issuance;
Coin classes;
Funding lots;
Promotional grants;
Gifts;
Refunds;
Disputes;
Chargebacks;
Reversals;
Creator earnings; and
Balance adjustments.
Olevus's internal ledger controls the calculation and classification of coin balances absent demonstrated error.
Olevus may correct errors that increase or decrease a balance.
Material corrections will be recorded in Olevus's transaction or audit records.
You should promptly report a suspected coin-balance error.
27. Privacy and Payment Data
Olevus may collect and process information necessary to administer coin purchases and prevent fraud, including:
Account identity;
Contact information;
Transaction information;
Device and network information;
Billing information;
Payment tokens;
App-store receipts;
Refund and dispute records;
Risk signals; and
Coin and gifting history.
Full payment-card numbers may be collected and stored by Stripe, Apple, Google, or another payment provider rather than Olevus.
Information may be shared as described in the Olevus Privacy Policy and as reasonably necessary to:
Process purchases;
Validate receipts;
Prevent fraud;
Resolve disputes;
Enforce these Coin Terms;
Comply with tax or legal obligations; and
Cooperate with payment providers or authorities.
28. Disclaimer of Financial Value
Olevus does not guarantee that:
Coins will maintain a particular price;
Coin packages will remain available;
Every coin will generate creator earnings;
Every recipient will qualify for monetization;
A coin feature will remain unchanged;
A purchaser will receive recognition or engagement;
A creator will receive any particular level of support; or
Coins will become transferable or redeemable.
Coins are purchased for use within Olevus, not for speculation, investment, resale, or financial gain by the purchaser.
29. Limitation of Liability
The warranty disclaimers, liability limitations, indemnification obligations, and exclusions in the Olevus Terms of Service apply to coin purchases and these Coin Terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Olevus is not responsible for loss caused by:
Incorrect information supplied by the purchaser;
Failure to secure an account;
App-store or payment-provider outages;
Bank or card-issuer decisions;
Currency-conversion differences;
Delayed payment confirmation;
Unauthorized activity not caused by Olevus;
Platform maintenance;
Legal or regulatory restrictions; or
Events outside Olevus's reasonable control.
Nothing in these Coin Terms limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be limited.
30. Dispute Resolution
Disputes arising from or relating to:
Coin purchases;
Coin balances;
Coin gifts;
Refunds;
Chargebacks;
Promotional Coins;
Account restrictions;
Creator-support eligibility; or
These Coin Terms
are governed by the dispute-resolution provisions of the existing Olevus Terms of Service.
Those provisions are incorporated by reference.
31. Notices
Olevus may provide notices concerning coins through:
The Olevus platform;
Checkout disclosures;
Email;
Account notifications;
The wallet;
The creator dashboard;
App-store interfaces;
Updated Coin Terms; or
Another method permitted by the Olevus Terms of Service.
You are responsible for maintaining current account and contact information.
32. Entire Agreement
These Coin Terms, together with the Olevus Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, Monetization Terms, Schedule A, applicable promotional terms, checkout disclosures, and app-store agreements, form the agreement governing Olevus coins.
If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Olevus's failure to enforce a provision does not waive its right to enforce it later.
