SCHEDULE A
OLEVUS SUPPORT ECONOMY
Coin Gifting and Direct Member Support
Effective Date: July 30, 2026
This Schedule governs earnings created through qualifying Olevus coin gifts and direct member support.
It does not govern:
• Digital-product sales
• Paid articles or videos
• Courses
• Community memberships
• Subscription revenue
• Event tickets
• Consulting or professional services
• Physical products
• Advertising
• Sponsorships
• Marketplace transactions
Those transactions are governed by separate schedules.
A1. Nature of Member Support
A qualifying coin gift is a voluntary act of member support.
Unless Olevus expressly identifies a transaction as a product or service sale under another program, a coin gift is not:
• Payment for a specific product or service
• A purchase from the recipient
• A charitable donation
• An investment
• A loan
• A security
• A bank deposit
• A promise of future financial return
The member purchasing coins buys platform credits from Olevus. Olevus separately calculates creator earnings under the rules in this Schedule.
A2. Coins Are Platform Credits
Olevus coins are closed-loop platform credits.
Purchased coins may be used only for functionality provided or authorized by Olevus.
The purchaser cannot redeem purchased coins for cash.
Coins do not create ownership, equity, voting rights, creditor rights, or an interest in Olevus or Aurion Consulting LLC.
A3. Qualifying Coins
Only coins classified by Olevus as payout-eligible purchased coins can create creator earnings.
The following do not create creator earnings:
• Promotional coins
• Beta coins
• Testing coins
• Administrative coins
• Restored coins lacking eligible purchased-value ancestry
• Bonus coins designated as nonredeemable
• Coins issued without qualifying customer consideration
• Coins obtained through fraud, error, abuse, or unauthorized activity
• Other non-payout-eligible coin classes
Olevus's funding-lot and transaction records determine whether a coin is payout eligible.
A4. Eligible Support Value
The Eligible Support Value of a qualifying gift is the tax-exclusive purchase value carried by the eligible coins used in that gift, as recorded in Olevus's funding-lot records.
There is no guaranteed universal cash value per coin. Olevus does not apply a fixed per-coin rate. Two gifts of the same coin count may carry different Eligible Support Value because the coins were funded by different purchases at different prices.
The Eligible Support Value excludes sales, use, and similar transaction taxes collected on the coin purchase.
The Eligible Support Value is the contractual value used to calculate the creator's earnings.
It is not necessarily equal to:
• The purchaser's effective price per coin
• The stated retail value of a coin package
• Olevus's accounting revenue per coin
• The creator's final bank deposit
• The value of a promotional coin
A5. Creator and Olevus Shares
For each qualifying coin:
• The creator receives 80% of the Eligible Support Value.
• Olevus retains 20% of the Eligible Support Value.
Illustration only. The Eligible Support Value of an actual gift always follows the funding lots consumed by that gift:
| Component | Example gift |
|---|---|
| Gross Eligible Support Value | $8.33 |
| Creator share - 80% | $6.66 |
| Olevus share - 20% | $1.67 |
Olevus's 20% share is retained before Olevus's own payment-processing, Managed Payments, Connect, reserve, and platform costs.
Only qualifying first-use support creates creator earnings. Coins already received as a gift and then re-gifted create no second creator earning, and promotional, bonus, beta, testing, and legacy nonqualifying coins ordinarily create no creator earnings at all.
The creator's 80% share is not 80% of:
• Olevus's coin-sale receipts
• Gross platform revenue
• Subscription revenue
• Advertising revenue
• Company profits
• Company valuation
• Any other Olevus revenue
The creator share does not provide ownership or profit-participation rights.
A5.1. Live Panel Gift Sharing
Live-room panel gifts use the same Eligible Support Value but allocate it among the recipient, the room host, and Olevus depending on who sends the gift and who receives it:
| Scenario | Allocation |
|---|---|
| Gift to the host | 80% to the host, 20% to Olevus |
| Gift from a listener to a panel guest | 65% to the guest, 15% to the host for facilitating the room, 20% to Olevus |
| Gift from the host to a panel guest | 65% to the guest, 35% to Olevus |
The host never facilitates their own gift. When the host sends a gift to a panel guest, the 15% facilitation share that would otherwise go to the host remains with Olevus, so the allocation becomes 65% to the guest and 35% to Olevus.
A6. No Reputation or Visibility Purchase
Money spent, coins gifted, and creator earnings received do not directly purchase or increase:
• Reputation
• Standing
• Validator influence
• Endorsement weight
• Organic reach
• Search position
• Ranking
• Moderation immunity
• Algorithmic distribution
Monetary support may reward a contribution, but it does not determine the contribution's reputation value or the creator's Standing.
A7. Crediting Creator Earnings
Creator earnings are credited when:
1. A member completes a qualifying gift.
2. The gifted coins are verified as payout eligible.
3. The creator is enrolled and eligible.
4. The transaction complies with Olevus policies.
5. The Olevus ledger records the transaction successfully.
Credited earnings are initially recorded as on hold.
The creator's contractual earnings amount is calculated at the time of the qualifying gift, subject to the hold, reversals, offsets, corrections, fraud review, and other conditions in this Schedule.
A8. Fourteen-Day Hold
Creator earnings remain on hold for 14 days after the qualifying gift.
Olevus may extend the hold because of:
• A refund request
• A chargeback or dispute
• Settlement delay
• Suspected fraud
• Manipulation or self-dealing
• Account review
• Stripe restrictions
• Legal requirements
• Ledger discrepancies
• Elevated transaction risk
When the hold expires and no restriction applies, the earnings become available for payout.
No interest accrues while earnings are on hold or remain unpaid.
A9. Minimum Payout
A creator must have at least $25 in gross available Support Economy earnings before requesting a payout.
The minimum is measured before:
• The payout fee
• Backup withholding
• Other tax withholding
• Authorized offsets
Amounts below $25 remain available and carry forward.
A10. Payout Fee
Each Support Economy payout is subject to a fee equal to:
• 3% of the gross payout, or
• $1.49, whichever is greater
Example:
| Item | Amount |
|---|---|
| Gross payout | $25.00 |
| Three-percent calculation | $0.75 |
| Minimum payout fee | $1.49 |
| Net before withholding | $23.51 |
The applicable fee will be disclosed before the creator confirms the payout request.
A11. Tax Treatment and Reporting
Olevus currently intends to treat Support Economy creator earnings as nonemployee compensation for U.S. federal information-reporting purposes.
Where required, Aurion Consulting LLC d/b/a Olevus may issue or cause its filing provider to issue Form 1099-NEC.
For payments made in 2026, the federal Form 1099-NEC threshold is $2,000, subject to exempt-recipient rules, backup withholding, state requirements, and changes in law.
The reportable amount is generally the creator's gross contractual share before:
• The payout fee
• Backup withholding
• Other required withholding
Olevus's 20% share is not creator income.
A12. Refunds, Disputes, and Reversals
Creator earnings may be frozen, reduced, reversed, recovered, or offset when:
• The underlying coin purchase is refunded
• The payment is disputed or charged back
• The purchase was unauthorized
• Coins were incorrectly classified
• The gift resulted from fraud or manipulation
• A duplicate or technical error occurred
• The creator or gifting member violated Olevus policies
• Olevus is required by law or Stripe to reverse the transaction
If the creator has not been paid, Olevus may reduce the on-hold or available balance.
If the creator has already been paid, Olevus may:
• Establish a negative balance
• Offset future earnings
• Reverse a transfer where available
• Request repayment
• Suspend future payouts
• Use other lawful recovery methods
A13. Self-Dealing and Artificial Support
Creators and members may not:
• Purchase or gift coins primarily to manufacture earnings
• Use multiple or controlled accounts to create artificial support
• Coordinate reciprocal gifts
• Use unauthorized payment methods
• Route funds through related accounts to obtain a payout
• Evade earning, payout, or risk limits
• Manipulate support metrics
• Misrepresent the source or purpose of a gift
Olevus may exclude, reverse, or deny earnings connected to such conduct.
Founder, employee, developer, administrative, and system-test transactions are excluded from ordinary creator earnings, tax-reporting totals, and public monetization metrics.
A14. Payout Eligibility
A creator may request a Support Economy payout only when:
• The creator has at least $25 available
• The 14-day hold has expired
• Tax information is complete and valid
• Stripe verification is complete
• The connected account can receive transfers and payouts
• No fraud, refund, dispute, reserve, or account restriction applies
• The creator remains eligible under Olevus policies
• Olevus has sufficient available settlement funds
A15. Program Changes
Olevus may prospectively change:
• The Eligible Support Value
• The creator percentage
• The Olevus percentage
• The hold period
• The payout minimum
• The payout fee
• Eligibility standards
• Supported jurisdictions
Material economic changes will be communicated before they apply.
Unless required to correct fraud, error, invalid activity, or legal noncompliance, changes apply only to qualifying gifts made after the new effective date.
A16. Program Suspension or Termination
Olevus may suspend or discontinue the Support Economy.
Properly credited earnings will not be eliminated solely because the program ends, but they remain subject to:
• Holds
• Refunds
• Chargebacks
• Reversals
• Offsets
• Negative balances
• Tax withholding
• Fraud review
• Legal restrictions
• Unclaimed-property requirements
