Governance Revision Log

Initial governance framework drafted following adoption of the Constitution of Olevus. Established constitutional governance principles, governance action taxonomy, fraud and emergency enforcement provisions, community governance rights, reporting and separation mechanisms, AI governance standards, leadership stewardship obligations, constitutional amendment procedures, and Founding Registry administration.

Procedural architecture strengthened. Added definition of Significant Governance Actions with included and excluded examples. Enumerated Constitutional Maxims as a closed interpretive set. Established review architecture including consideration factors and available outcomes. Defined emergency review timeframe of seventy-two hours.
