Initial Governance Framework Draft
Initial governance framework drafted following adoption of the Constitution of Olevus. Established constitutional governance principles, governance action taxonomy, fraud and emergency enforcement provisions, community governance rights, reporting and separation mechanisms, AI governance standards, leadership stewardship obligations, constitutional amendment procedures, and Founding Registry administration.

Procedural Hardening
Procedural architecture strengthened. Added definition of Significant Governance Actions with included and excluded examples. Enumerated Constitutional Maxims as a closed interpretive set. Established review architecture including consideration factors and available outcomes. Defined emergency review timeframe of seventy-two hours. Established evidentiary standard for governance actions. Added Governance Framework amendment procedures separate from constitutional amendment procedures.

Governance Baseline
Final revisions adopted. Defined non-emergency review timeline of fourteen days. Applied evidentiary standard to review procedures. Added extraordinary circumstances notification requirement for emergency actions. Clarified constitutional process as serving constitutional participation. Refined AI governance authority to recommendation only, with human accountability for all final adverse determinations. Added Governance Revision Log requirements. Added public acknowledgment provision for platform-level governance transparency. Finalized stewardship, disclosure, and review provisions.
